- I want to hold a tryout and I have not yet registered. What must I do? The facility you will be using will require ASA insurance. You must complete the "Additional Insured Form" prior to use so ASA can issue a field owners policy.

As per the ASA insurance carrier, the participants will only be covered if:

1) This office is informed of tryout dates and locations
2) You have all players and parents sign-in at tryouts
3) You provide the GFP-A Travel Director a seven player deposit
($210) before your tryout begins

Should a player become injured at tryouts, she will be registered ASA and covered by insurance.

Your deposit will be applied towards your registration fees.
